Our Hydrotherapy Treatments
1. Hip Bath
The patient sits in a tub with water covering the hips and reaching the navel.
- Cold Hip Bath: Relieves constipation, indigestion, and obesity. Increases pelvic circulation.
- Hot Hip Bath: Relieves pain during menstruation, bladder infections, and piles.
- Neutral Hip Bath: Sedative effect, calms the nervous system.
2. Spinal Bath
A gentle stream of water is applied to the entire spinal column while the patient lies in a special tub.
- Excellent for Hypertension, insomnia, and mental stress.
- Soothes the central nervous system.
- Relieves back pain and sciatica.
3. Steam Bath
Exposure to steam in a closed cabin (head remains outside to keep it cool).
- Opens pores and eliminates toxins through sweat.
- Relieves muscle stiffness and joint pain (Arthritis).
- Aids in weight loss.
4. Wet Sheet Pack
The body is wrapped in a cold wet sheet and then covered with dry blankets.
- Initially cools the body (reducing fever), then the body generates heat to dry the sheet.
- This "heating" phase is deeply detoxifying and improves metabolism.
5. Immersion Baths
Full Body Immersion: Used for skin diseases and general toning.
Foot & Arm Baths: Used to relieve congestion in the head and chest (good for asthma and headaches).
